1. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened where applicable, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and food-quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect:
- Opened food, tea, herbal products, drink mixes, soup packs, and edible wellness products
- Opened foot soak packs, bath products, and personal care items
- Used gua sha tools, cupping tools, massage tools, moxa products, and other personal-use wellness tools
- Customized, clearance, or final-sale items
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Please include your order number, photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and a brief description of the issue.
After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund, or another reasonable solution.
4. Return Process
Before returning any item, please contact us for return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping
If the return is caused by our error, such as sending the wrong item or a defective item, we will provide a reasonable solution according to the situation. For returns due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the order will be handled under this Refund Policy.
